Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious commis chef to join our team at Klear Labs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about experimenting and innovating with different ingredients and possess a keen interest in health and nutrition. They will demonstrate a strong discipline and sense of curiosity, searching for innovation, and commitment to excellence. Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers and supporting regenerative farmers will be a key aspect of this role. We are a small team and every player is important.

Responsibilities:

-Management of the kitchen, and effectively communicating with the team and head chef.

-Source high-quality ingredients and maintain consistency in product quality.

-Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and support regenerative farmers.

-Embrace a low-carb approach to food and explore working in tune with the seasons.

-Trial new ideas and techniques, staying abreast of topics in the culinary world.

-Oversee daily prep and service for breakfast and lunch.

-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Passion for sourcing the best ingredients and creating exceptional dishes.

-Team player qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.

-Enthusiasm for building relationships with suppliers and supporting regenerative farming practices.
