Commercial Sales Administrator

Wignall's Ltd provides solutions to sectors from hospitality to hospitals, we manufacture washrooms, counters, benches and a multitude of joinery in between. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Administrator to work from our Head Office in Heathfield, Newton Abbot.

The Commercial Sales Administrator will provide support for the commercial project department and support the team managers. The successful candidate will have a sales background and will be comfortable working as part of a team and on their own, excellent social skills, initiative and communication are a must.

Duties:

• Handling and qualifying incoming enquiries in preparation for the next stage.


• Customer follow up after quoting to secure business.


• Business development.


• Customer care.


• Assisting project management team when requested. To include; producing job cards, researching materials for projects, liaising with suppliers, issuing risk assessment documents to customers, issuing operations and maintenance documents to customers.


• General administration tasks.


• Assisting all team members as required.
  
  Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.


• Sales background.


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent organisational and time management skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.


• Effective and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
