Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Solicitor to join our legal team. As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on commercial matters to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and IT skills to contribute to our firm's success.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support on commercial matters, including contracts, agreements (inckuding lease agreements) and regulatory compliance

- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant laws and regulations

- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in commercial law and industry trends

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to negotiate and finalise commercial agreements

- Advise clients on potential risks and legal implications of business decisions

- Represent clients in commercial litigation or dispute resolution processes, if necessary

- Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify legal issues and propose appropriate solutions

- Proficient in using IT tools and software for legal research, document drafting, and case management

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification

- Admitted as a Solicitor in the relevant jurisdiction

- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a Commercial Solicitor
