Full Job Description

A local authority based in South London is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be required to advise on the following:

  • Commercial leases,

  • Secure and non-secure residential tenancies,

  • Complex leasehold arrangements,

  • Deeds of variation,

  • Licences to assign,

  • Rent deposits,

  • Acquisitions.

    It is essential you have previous commercial property experience and have carried a complex caseload. Local government experience is highly advantageous. You must have a current practising certificate to be considered for the role.

    • This is a hybrid working role so you must be able to attend the council offices. Due to the urgent nature of the role, you must be available on no more than 2 weeks' notice.
