Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, servicing, and installation of new plant and equipment

Attending callouts/breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing faults, and carrying out remedial repairs

Preparation and submission of materials lists and time estimates for return remedial works

Predominately Monday to Friday during our clients opening hours, but some flexibility will be needed for start and finish times and out-of-hours working

Providing emergency and out-of-hours on-call cover (as part of a rota)

If you're an experienced commercial plumber based in the Exeter area and possess the relevant qualifications, we would love to hear from you! You'll have a problem-solving approach, a high level of technical ability, and be passionate about delivering high-quality work and customer service. The mobile nature of the job and the changing needs of our customers mean you'll need to be flexible with your hours and adaptable to meet client expectations., You'll be a qualified Plumber with up-to-date plumbing qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating and unvented certification

We'd like you to have worked in a field-based multi-site maintenance position before.

Able to gain an enhanced DBS and have a full driving licence

Salary Range: £30,160 - £35,800 + overtime + £200/week on-call allowance (when scheduled on-call)
