Full Job Description

  • Performing legal and factual research tasks.

  • Preparing bundles.

  • Preparing correspondence.

  • Preparing reports and basic notes of advice.

  • Case Management - including organisation and tracking case files.

  • Review and analyse documents (e.g for disclosure).

  • Proofreading and checking cross-references.

  • Hand delivering documents.

    Candidates must have good academics and have completed the LPC or BPC. (ideally a 2:1 and more than a pass for LPC or competent for the BPC).

  • Previous paralegal experience in litigation is desirable.

  • High professional standards with commitment to quality work product.

  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.

  • Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple workstreams.

  • Proactive and resilient.

  • Team player.

  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of court ce-filing system desirable.
