Full Job Description

Join us as a Financial Analyst to oversee cost, revenue, and profit centers, while maintaining financial systems and processes. You'll support sales reporting, forecasting, and commission payments, providing ad-hoc financial assistance across LexisNexis UK.,

  • Performing monthly variance analysis and ensure any issues are understood by finance and business partners.

  • Calculating, processing, and validating system maintenance changes including budget restatements, creation of new cost centers, mapping of products etc

  • Assisting with the calculation and processing of commission payments

  • Creating and disseminating insightful analysis of commissionable sales performance, highlighting significant variances to target and any commercial issues

  • Assisting with sales reporting, highlighting any risks and opportunities based on performance and pipeline

  • Helping to formulate the development of annual sales targets to ensure we meet our revenue objectives

    Demonstrate education to degree standard, achieving a 2:1 or above.

  • Demonstrate desire to pursue accounting qualification (ACCA or similar)

  • Show experience to operate in a specialist area and use knowledge to deliver results.

  • Display high degree of discretion and confidentiality

  • Have the ability to utilize financial data to diagnose business strengths, weaknesses and identify potential strategies

  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
