Full Job Description

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £26,000 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits!, Assist & support the Operational Managers by producing reports, valuations & system audits
Produce valuations to ensure information is accurate, maintain effective & accurate files & records
Provide operational managers with financial information required for their teams
Promote & advocate for improved productivity, identify trends in operative performance
Identify ways to add value to existing work streams to maximise income
Produce accurate reports highlighting trends
Review & improve systems
Deal with weekly schedules
Liaise with Inspectors and monitor visits of new properties
Review new properties for business improvement
Deal with team & client queries adhering to GDPR protocols

What we are looking for in our ideal Commercial Assistant

GCSE level or equivalent in English & Maths. Experience of budget, business performance reporting & operating a computerised data base system. High level of Numeracy & IT skills in all Microsoft Office software. Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience is required to build & maintain spreadsheets. Demonstrate strong analytical skills & ability to manage change. Previous experience on social housing is desirable.
