Full Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial Holiday Let clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.

  • Understand and maintain a flexible approach to all tasks, supporting your peers when necessary to meet the business needs.

  • Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Process mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and policy endorsements as required.

  • Identify and act upon new business opportunities.

  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.

  • Provide support to the Account Executives and other team members as needed.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.

  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the organisation.

  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.

    Salary: £25,000 + bonus,
  • We are based in Gloucester with easy access from local bus routes.

  • Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.

  • £25,000 salary + bonus., Annual salary of £25,000 with potential yearly increase subject to performance.
