Full Job Description
- Greet and interact with guests.
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs and make recommendations.
- Assist in setting and maintaining company standards for service and drinks.
- Ensuring the good overall presentation of the bar floors.
- Present & explain cocktail menu.
- Take & serve drink orders.
Experience in a similar role. - Attention to details and customer needs.
- Have a good level of sprits and cocktail knowledge however training will also be given.
- Social, engaging and motivated.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Experimental Cocktail Club Chinatown is the first London venue from Experimental Group (Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, Henrietta Hotel, Cowley Manor, and STEREO). Established in 2011 in the heart of Chinatown, the Experimental Cocktail Club is a two-floors speakeasy bar.
