CMF Designer

As a CMF Designer, you are a motivated, organised and highly creative team player with a passion for innovation. You would thrive on a diverse range of projects that offer extensive exposure across the business. Your role would involve supporting the Head of CMF and the Design Team by delving into macro and micro design trends, investigating cutting-edge technologies, and transforming these discoveries into groundbreaking CMF solutions. These solutions will enhance our future range of high-performance cars and embody the essence of ultra-luxury.

You will act as an ambassador for AML design and our CMF philosophy, spreading your enthusiasm and positivity throughout the design department and beyond. This role requires a deep-seated passion, a can-do attitude, and a relentless drive to explore the endless possibilities it offers.

To excel in this position, you must possess motivation, organisation, and a strong creative flair. Working alongside a team of talented individuals, you will be tasked with creating visual representations of CMF, material applications, decorations, and patterns using graphic software from the Adobe Suite (such as Photoshop and Illustrator). Familiarity with VRED or Grasshopper would be advantageous, as these tools are integral to our daily operations. You will also be responsible for producing the necessary documentation for material developments, collaborating with suppliers, and delivering exceptional results within specified timelines and budget constraints. International travel may be required to liaise with suppliers, inspect samples, and oversee production processes.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our high-performance cars. Your exploration of cutting-edge technologies and trends will be instrumental in driving our future designs forward. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives on creative challenges and values the collaborative spirit of a team environment.

The Key Requirements...

• Great taste and a great level of understanding of luxury automotive colour and materials design, with excellent creative instincts and the ability to communicate them effectively.


• The ability to break down and tailor complex design information to present appropriately, clearly, and concisely to different audiences within the design department.


• Great ability to use the Microsoft Office Package, PowerPoint.


• Great ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.


• VRED would be advantageous.
