Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for an experienced and patient focused clinical pharmacist to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work across both our sites and whilst the position is ideally full time, we will consider candidates looking for a part-time role.,

• Conduct medication reviews and provide expert clinical advice to patients.


• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.


• Manage repeat prescriptions and ensure safe and effective use of medications.


• Support patients with chronic conditions and promote health and well-being.


• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives., An existing clinical pharmacist who will be a valuable resource for the new team member.


• A trainee pharmacy technician who is eager to learn and contribute to patient care.


• Staff qualified to dispensary assistant level 2 to provide essential support.


• Our team is further supported by a West Norwich PCN clinical pharmacist.
