Clinical Nurse Lead

We are a registered charity and care home based in Corbridge, Northumberland and we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced Registered Nurse to join our Management Team in supporting and leading the nursing and care team. As our Clinical Nurse Lead, working alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• You'll be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of nurses and care staff to ensure the delivery and provision of exceptional care.


• You'll use your clinical expertise to assess new and existing residents to ensure that their care plans are person centred, and fully support their needs.


• The opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills, with direct input to clinical governance and quality assurance processes.


• You will be a strong role model, leader of your team and will report directly to the Registered Manager.
