Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Clinical Director to join our friendly team. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting, operating and collaborating with a team of dedicated and experienced nursing professionals. You will strive to ensure high standards of care and service for both patients and clients, with a focus on driving sustainability and productivity. This role affords you the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the practice, contributing to the business's growth and its ongoing commitment to clinical excellence., You will collaborate with a team consisting of 2 registered veterinary nurses, a student nurse, VCA, 2 receptionists and a committed Practice Manager. Several experienced locums make regular contributions knowing the clients and practice well. You can rest assured that you'll receive reliable and supportive guidance as you embark on this new and exciting journey. With our dedicated Area Team, you will have the opportunity to meet and collaborate regularly with like-minded professionals in similar roles. Our commitment to providing a nurturing atmosphere is further strengthened by the presence of an Area Director and Area Support Manager who are dedicated to supporting and guiding you in your role. Within the area and wider regional team there will be opportunity for support both from a clinical and management perspective
