Clinical Deputy Manager

The Role: You'll be the Robin to our Home Manager's Batman, the Watson to their Sherlock, the… well, you get the picture. You'll be second-in-command in our bustling home, where the kettle's always on, and the biscuit tin is never empty.,

• Lead a team of healthcare heroes and ensure our care is so good it's almost unbelievable.


• Use your x-ray vision (also known as clinical expertise) to oversee the health and happiness of our residents.


• Flex your superhuman organizational muscles to keep our home running smoother than a spandex suit.


• Be a beacon of positivity, brighter than the Bat-Signal on a dark night.
  
  A Registered Nurse with a sense of humour and an NMC PIN (preferably not kryptonite-activated).


• Experience in a nursing home setting (time-traveling from a utopian future of healthcare is a plus).


• Leadership skills that would make Captain America salute.


• The ability to communicate in fluent English and 'Resident' (bonus points for conversational Cat or Dog).

Hours: Full-time (with plenty of time for superhero capes to be laundered),
