Full Job Description

The Client Services (CS) team sits right in the middle of the client success structure. As a global Client Services Manager you will have responsibility for a client base with a global reach. Reporting to the Client Services Director, this is an exciting new global position that would suit a confident, client-focused team-player prolific in managing complex data processes. This is a direct client facing role, running a variety of client engagement activities, from organising client operation schedules to chairing regular client service meetings. Working closely with the Tax and Product teams to support existing clients' day-to-day needs as well as to plan for their near term and long-term improvement or roll-out needs, you will be heavily involved in client implementation, working with the Director of Client Services, to provide a smooth client onboarding experience. Becoming an expert of the client solution, the peripheral technology and their configuration capabilities, you will
lead all UAT from a Client Services perspective. Being directly involved in the CS team's strategic development and management of key initiatives with some of the largest global organisations, you will present to clients, host workshops, lead change management internally and externally. Being responsible for process compliance from an operations perspective and working with Compliance Lead to ensure all quality data controls are effective and evidenced, you will assist Client Success team in scoping and process design pre-contracting where necessary. Finally you will manage client feedback and work closely with the Product team to ensure continuous improvement of the platform for clients

You will have 5 years+ Expatriate Tax and / or Tax technology experience. Possessing an excellent track record in nurturing strong relationship both internally and externally, you will have strong organisational and change management skills. You will exhibit the ability to think analytically and logically under time pressure as well as to communicate efficiently with clarity within a global environment. Experience in managing engagements involving technology, and complex data processes, with strong numerical ability and problem-solving skills, you will have acute awareness of data security and related compliance requirements. Well-organised, self-driven and detail oriented you will possess strong knowledge of the Global Mobility industry including knowledge of, or experience working with major technology players would be preferred. You should have experience using Alteryx and / or Advanced Excel.
