Client Services Advisor

· Being the 1st point of contact speaking to clients providing a full professional service.

· Answering a high level of incoming calls.

· Outbound calls to discuss updates.

· Pro-actively speaking to third parties.

· Updating the management system with any notes and amend any details where necessary.

· General administration duties.

· Resolving customer issues and dealing with complaints.

Edengreave are recruiting for Client Relations Advisors to join a reputable firm in Stockport. This role is working full-time and permanent and after completion of satisfactory training the role will become hybrid. If you are confident in dealing with inbound calls, some outbound and replying to email enquiries then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In return our client offers full training on inception, career development and progression. If you have excellent written and verbal skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced role and experience in dealing with customers then this may be an ideal opportunity for you., · Previous experience in a customer service role i.e., retail or office-based customer service.

· Good Education (GCSE/A-Level equivalent)

· Excellent written and verbal skills.

· Confident over the phone.
