Full Job Description

The Client Engagement Executive (CEE) is responsible for securing first-year and second-year renewals for approximately 20 newly won accounts and for providing day-to-day account management, timely query support, as well as support in the implementation of strategic client objectives for a territory of selected regional and global client accounts within the apparel / luxury and beauty sectors. The CEE will need to balance proactive revenue-generating activities with client support, in part by leveraging technical support and industry research teams. Our CEEs should always be looking for revenue opportunities hidden behind client queries. This is a proactive, commercially driven role where success is ultimately measured in renewal retention rate, additional revenue growth, and client support.

How will you be doing it

  • Securing contract renewal and growing revenues for each assigned client

  • Understanding and contributing to the account development strategy; supporting the growth objectives in every interaction with clients

  • Generating commercial leads by expanding the user base, identifying new growth areas within the assigned accounts, and proactively communicating with our customer base through calls and emails

  • Providing client support for day-to-day inbound queries

  • Resolving research queries and coordinating with research via the support system platform

  • Identifying new users and supporting them with trainings and onboarding

  • Setting up an annual engagement plan and regularly scheduled training sessions for each client account

    You should be an excellent relationship builder with fantastic questioning and listening skills, and who is not afraid to challenge your clients

  • Goal-oriented and consistently meeting KPIs and achieving target

  • Comfortable interacting with executives within various levels and functions

  • Highly organized with excellent time management, managing numerous contacts

  • Ideally, experience in research, and/or consumer-related and/or financial services sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, numeracy, and diplomacy skills

  • Ability to use CRM tools effectively

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues

  • Ideally knowledge of additional European languages
