Full Job Description
- Oversee a team of up to 8 cleaning operatives
- Ensure the school premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules
- Motivate and support your team to achieve their best
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Proven supervisory experience in a similar role - Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
