Cleaner

We are looking for a Caretaker to provide front of house concierge services around a role as a cleaner and caretaker. To arrive on site, looking smart, but ready for work, ensure the building is secure and safe and report to the building management via office mobile/laptop any issues. To ensure all floors are cleaned, including vacuuming/wiping/dusting/mopping as required. Cleaning to include cleaning of gym area and litter picking external areas including undercroft car park. To then use rest of day to receive letters/parcels and liaise/support residents on building matters. Other ad-hoc duties to be required on request from management company.

Some Responsibilities and Goals you'll own:

- Opening up/key holding

- Being responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the building

- Being the face of the building, and Fexco/IPM to residents and visitors

- Parcel management, logging and distributing where required

- Contractor management, keeping records of arrivals and departures, and checking ID

- Ensure site is safe and secure at end of day

- Ensure communication to Fexco/IPM on matters affecting the management of the building

- Knowledge of the building and services
