Full Job Description

In Bristol our modern and industry leading commitments to our client are more varied than most, with a department of Health, Wellbeing and activity colleagues, as well as 5 large facilities in the city. For our client, our success is defined differently, and this role leads the way for set indicators around social value. This is a unique role for our industry, and the successful candidate will be at the cutting edge of successfully delivering large scale social value in the city.,

  • Be responsible for a team of Activity, Community Health & Wellbeing and Exercise Referral staff, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service, safety and attendances are achieved across the contract

    This challenging role requires someone who has experience in managing performance indicators, a relatively large team, strong partnerships, setting and achieving ambitious goals, project work, as well as a solid understanding of the health and wellbeing framework within Everyone Active and wider partners


  • Based across the Bristol Contract

    Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our partnership with Bristol City Council to increase social value and physical activity levels in the city.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering key aims across the city, in partnership with key organisations, that relate to social value and increasing physical activity both in our centres and in the community.,
  • Have a good understanding of how Everyone Active can support the city to deliver high levels of social value to meet its required targets

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall attendances in key target groups

  • Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects

  • Have strong written and communication skills to deliver presentations and reports at a high standard

  • Be innovative and progressive in their attitudes towards improving physical activity levels in certain population demographics

  • Be able to be a proactive and positive brand ambassador for everyone active and have a proved record of strong partnership working with internal and external partners
