Full Job Description

As a Break Team Leader you'll be playing a vital role in the outcomes for young people in Break's services. Your energy and passion to see young people thrive will be at the heart of your work to lead, guide and support your colleagues to create fun and inspirational shifts for the team and young people to be part of.

In the first 12 months you'll have formed strong relationships with the young people you work with and their family and carers. You'll know what their strengths and wishes are and will have put in place plans to help them achieve their dreams. Your role at Break is fundamental to letting children know and believe they can be whoever or whatever they chose to be, no matter their start in life.
