Meet our service user

Our service user is a cheerful pre-schooler who lives with her loving parents and family pet dog in Swaffham and requires support throughout the night on a 1:1 basis with her complex care needs.

She loves to spend time and interacting with her family and care team, exploring her favourite activities, and enjoys watching TV especially Mr Tumble and Baby Shark.

Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care, moving and handling, making close observations, and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night's sleep offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

  • 9:30pm-7:30am


  • Take a look at our pay rates

    Weeknights: £16.50 per hour (Approx. £165 per 10-hour shift)

    Saturdays: £16.50 per hour (Approx. £165 per 10-hour shift)

    Sundays: £17.50 per hour (Approx. £175 per 10-hour shift)

    Bank Holiday: £18.50 per hour (£185 approx. per 10-hour shift)

    This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and really make an impact on her day-to-day life.
