This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, following a shift pattern. John Perry is open between the hours of 7.45am-6pm, As a key person your responsibilities are…
- Building relationships with key children and their families

- Ensuring the well-being and safety of the children

The successful applicant will need to have… - Great understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS)
- Strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
- Experience
- Level 2/3 qualified
- Prepared to have lots of fun in the work place (and out at company events)
- Work well within a team
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills and time-management
