Full Job Description

  • The role will require you to attend various locations throughout Northamptonshire to take minutes of statutory Child Protection Conferences. Previous experience of minute taking in high level complex conferences/meetings is desirable as are good organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritise and work independently to strict deadlines.

  • Ensure that all electronic records are accurate and up to date in relation to Child Protection Conferences.

  • You will be providing proactive support to Child Protection Chairs.

  • Liaise with Social Worker teams, external agencies and representatives as appropriate in matters relating to the clerical/administrative procedures for the service.

  • You will work closely and jointly with the other service members as required to ensure continuity of support for Children Services and undertake other tasks as appropriate to the role to meet the needs of the business.

    Northamptonshire Children's Trust was established in November 2020 to deliver Children's Services to the newly established North and West Northants County Councils.
