projects, Has an understanding of complex electrical systems. Experienced in the safety-critical workspace and understanding the UK regulatory environment is an advantage. Can lead, inspire, and influence others to work collaboratively and deliver high performance. Is engaging and able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Uses their initiative to drive change and champions safety. Is decisive in their technical decision-making and confidently leads successful projects.
