Full Job Description
- Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals, 3 times a day
- Supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen
- Work alongside prisoner workforces and assist them in cooking meals and preparing food
- You will be responsible for the preparation of basic quality foods within a set pre ordered menu
- Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
- Full knowledge of all menu items served
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy
- Fill in all relevant paperwork and due diligence forms
- Be an excellent team player and be able to deal with conflict if it arises
- Undertake relevant training as required
Must be 18+ - City & Guilds 706/2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
- Level 3 food safety or equivalent or be willing to obtain this on our e learning platform
- Enhanced security vetting will be required due to the nature and location of the role
About Aramark - £12.30 per hour
- Full time! 35 hours per week over 4 shifts, with alternate weekends off
- Shifts ranging between 7.30am - 5.15pm
