CHEF - Norfolk Country Pub

We're on the look out for a passionate and motivated Chef to join the team at our 9th venue, a country pub in the Loddon area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be part of a small but dynamic team that focuses on creating great tasting homemade classic British dishes.

Your key roles will be to:

• Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen & it's team, ensuring that every dish is big & bold in flavour and consistent in presentation


• Coach & develop the team, both front & back of house, so they have the knowledge needed to complete their roles and progress in the future


• Create exciting dishes to feature on specials menus using seasonal produce


• Adhere to budget targets around purchasing, payroll and property


• Maintain high levels of food hygiene & safety across the business
  
  Experience in a fresh food kitchen where dishes are prepared & cooked to order


• Passionate about food, flavours, seasonality & provenance
