Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Working as a solo chef- completing relevant paperwork, temperature checks, stock control and ordering

Demonstrating a strong understanding of food safety protocols.

DBS Certificate: Our clients require you to have an enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check. We can help you to get this if you don't already have one.

Allergen and Minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate: You would be required to obtain a Free Allergen Awareness Certificate through the .gov website and we can also help you to get the level 2 food hygiene if you don't possess this.

Professional Experience: Possess relevant experience in a catering role, showcasing your skills and expertise in a kitchen environment on your own.
