Full Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Talented Chef de Partie to join this highly professional brigade. You will under the direction of the Head Chef have responsibility for the production of dishes and cuisine in your section. All Chef de Partie applicants are expected to have experience in a similar quality background to an exceptionally high standard.

Qualification & Experience for this Chef de Partie opportunity:

You must have previous experience running a section of a kitchen within a rosette accredited property within a hotel and/or restaurant.

You must also be educated to NVQ 1 and/or 2, and have all relevant up to date food safety and hygiene certifications., All applicants will have a stable CV with excellent traceable references. The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.

You must either be working in or a resident in the United Kingdom to apply for this position . You must be able to prove your Right to Work in the United Kingdom to apply for this role, you must be a UK/EU Citizen and have ILR/PR status or hold a work permit /visa with at least 2 years remaining .
