Full Job Description

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that it is of a high standard and meets the expectations of our customers. You will also manage the kitchen and work alongside other chefs, providing support and advice as required., Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
Manage the kitchen and provide support and advice to other chefs.
Ensure that all dishes are cooked and presented according to company standards.
Maintain a high level of hygiene in the kitchen.
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
Order and maintain stock levels.
Assist in menu planning and development.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a Catering and Hospitality environment.
Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food hygiene.
A passion for cooking and an understanding of food trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
