Full Job Description

The Midland has established themselves for their impeccable standards and having a fun workplace.

Your main duties will include;

  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness

  • Food preparation & cooking

  • "owning" a kitchen section

  • Understanding kitchen systems

  • Firm understanding of food hygiene, health and safety in the work place

  • Temperature/ date checks

  • House keeping

  • Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen

  • Further duties will be included to meet the needs of the business.

    You will be working in a small team and the new chef de partie will be reporting to the Head Chef on a daily basis.

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and pro-active person to join a well-established dynamic Tapas & Wine Bar.
