Your main duties will include;
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Food preparation & cooking
- "owning" a kitchen section
- Understanding kitchen systems
- Firm understanding of food hygiene, health and safety in the work place
- Temperature/ date checks
- House keeping
- Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen
- Experience as a chef de partie
- Passionate about providing great food
- Driven to learn and progress within industry
- Motivated, hardworking and can work under pressure

Further duties will be included to meet the needs of the business.
You will be working in a small team and the new chef de partie will be reporting to the Head Chef on a daily basis.
