Full Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the Bistrotheque team in Bethnal Green, now in it's 20th year.
1 years experience in a quality/volume kitchen. Consistency, attention to detail and good organisation are your trademarks. We are drawn to those who are team players and able to work within a framework with sufficient flexibility to cope with the unexpected turns that working in a restaurant kitchen can sometimes take., Must have Level 2 Food Safety.
Bistrotheque opened in 2004, inspired by the humble French Bistro. We are located between Bethnal Green and Hackney, in a two-storey unmarked warehouse. Over time, we've built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency. We are a small, friendly team, working in an open-plan kitchen. We believe in mutual respect. Bistrotheque is open for dinner services Thursday through Saturday and Saturday & Sunday lunch.
