Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at The Suffolk. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets our high standards of taste and presentation
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
- Maintain inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
