Full Job Description

As Bank Chef, you'll report to the Head Chef, supporting with food service and meal preparation within the care home. Working closely with other service teams, you'll uphold the highest service standards at one of our newest care homes, equipped with modern kitchen facilities., Assist the Head Chef in meeting regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage food levels and budgets to achieve expenditure targets.
Ensure exceptional catering services and resident dining experiences.
Maintain compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.

Outstanding and ethical, with a commitment to quality care.
Qualified with an NVQ Level 3 in Food Hygiene.
Experienced in busy kitchen environments, with at least two years in catering.
Committed to upholding Hallmark's values and Charter.
