Full Job Description

  • To assist the head chef in delivering the prompt and efficient preparation and service of all meals to the company's standard and client satisfaction within the agreed annual budget.

  • To work with the manager and head chef to plan menus, order food, and oversee the preparation, presentation, service, and cleaning of the unit to the company's and client's standards while maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit to comply with company procedures.

  • To complete and keep up competence in training to be an Allergen Champion, to ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served in line with Sodexo and school, and to serve food safely

    Level 3 Food Safety

  • 3 years of craft experience along with high-end hospitality requirements.

  • Certificates for Food, Hygiene, and Health & Safety

  • Expertise in creating and designing menus.

  • Exposure to or experience with large-scale cooking
