Full Job Description
- Ensure the consistent and prompt preparation and food service.
- Efficient and accurate stock rotation.
- Cleanliness of all work areas maintained at all times.
- Provision of correct portion sizes in line with brand standards and control of all waste.
- Comply with all food hygiene regulations.
We are looking to recruit a chef who has a passion to succeed, can work under pressure in a busy fast paced kitchen environment and is an effective team player.
