Full Job Description

  • Direct the preparation, seasoning and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts and other foods.

  • Plan and price menu items, order supplies and keep records and accounts.

  • Work on the range with the Kitchen team to train, guide and develop.

  • Monitor sanitation practises to ensure the employees follow standards and regulations.

  • prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard.

    NVQ Level 2

  • Food & Hygiene and Health & Safety certificates

  • Experience in menu planning and production

  • Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking
