Full Job Description

  • Quarterly reviews will be conducted to ensure you are on track and maintaining progress as required.

    Successful apprentices will achieve a degree in management and business either BA Hons, BSc Hons or BB Hons, and also have the option to be assessed for the Chartered Manager status.

  • English and maths will be required to be demonstrated at a minimum of Functional Skills level 2 or equivalent., Communication skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Team working, Full Driving License, Own your own vehicle, Able to travel between sites, A Level or equivalent in Chemistry, & 2 others (Grade Grade A-C) Essential

    Work four days a week, at one of our divisional locations.

  • One day studying.

  • Ideally you will already be living close to one of our existing sites in the South and West Yorkshire areas.

  • Over the course of the three and half years, experience different job roles and be mentored by our senior managers to deliver excellent customer service to our clients, support functions such as finance, health and safety, legal, HR, procurement, sustainability, and project management.

  • Carry out all your coursework and projects as work set by Arden University.

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the waste to resource industry for the business and industry clients.

  • Develop a sound business understanding of our business.

  • Develop an understanding of different roles within the company within operations and support services., FCC Environment is one of the UK's leading waste and resource management companies employing more than 2,400 people.
