Full Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience.
- Offer extensive product knowledge and advice on a wide range of gaming consoles, mobile phones, DVDs, and electronics.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of store policies, pricing, and grading guidelines to accurately appraise and buy customer items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash register accountability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Contribute to the overall store cleanliness and tidiness by keeping the shop floor, stockroom, and staff areas well-maintained.
Genuine interest and knowledge in technology, gaming, and entertainment.- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well within a team and independently.- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.-Previous retail sales experience is desirable but not essential.- Stand for long periods, bend and kneel and be able to lift 10-25kg as needed.What we offer
