CCTV Control Room Operator

As Steadfast Control Room Operator you will undertake a crucial role within the organisation ensuring consistent service delivery at site directing all security matters from performance of officers to controlling incidents in a professional and organised manner whilst adhering to Steadfast's Standard Operating Procedures at all times.

We are looking for a High Quality, proactive Control Room Operator to manage a busy Security Control Room for all Operations.

A valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisor and CCTV License

Ability to work in 24 hour / 365 days per year shift pattern to include weekends and bank holidays

Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills

A good understanding of computers to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to meet targets and prioritise events efficiently

Willingness to learn new skills and procedures

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Experience of working in a Control Room environment

Able to communicate on a daily basis with Steadfast employee, Knowledge of Security Operations,

Proactive and self-motivated.

Effective time management skills

A good understanding of the role and requirements of our customers

A good understanding of company values, policies and procedures.

Ability to complete written reports.

The ability to remain courteous & professional at all times.
