Full Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer experience across live events and hospitality catering operations.
- Successfully managing all aspects of operational excellence and contract delivery on live event days.
- Liaise with the operations team to organise venue and kiosk set ups ahead of each event ensuring they are clean and tidy and ready for service to a high standard
- Ensuring stock levels are suitable for the event with relevant POS
- Liaising with management to ensure all pricing, payment facilities and EPOS systems are set.
- Brief catering staff about event day expectations including H&S and external staffing levels
- Oversee and support each staff member within your designated kiosk
- Monitor customer queues
- Monitor stock levels during each event
- Raise any issues of concern with the Operations Manager in a timely manner
- Comply to licensing laws and venue rules
- Maintain accurate food health and safety records and uphold to a high standard e.g. food temperature logs for management spot checks and external audits.
Experience in retail catering, within a busy event day supervisory role - Positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to think laterally and willing to problem solve
- A hands-on person who can hit the ground running
- An openness to rolling up your sleeves and pitching in from time to time on non-designated areas of the business - particularly on site
