Full Job Description

The position of Stage Door Receptionist falls within the Business Operations function and plays a key role in ensuring that a first class 'Warm Welsh Welcome' is provided for visitors, staff and performers at different levels as well as being responsible for ensuring that a safe and secure environment is in place.

Key Requirements:

Researching and scoping out potential ideas for departmental project and efficiency work.

Assisting the team and wider business area with the preparation and delivery of project work as and when required.

Meeting and greeting all visitors, staff and performers with a helpful, courteous and friendly custom.

Coordinating information for visiting company.

Receiving incoming telephone queries, ensuring the efficient transferring of calls, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries professionally as required.

Delivering messages, internal and incoming mail for WMC, resident organisations, and retailers.

Delivering a high standard of customer service to all visitors, staff, and performers.
