Full Job Description
- To ensure that all guests receive a high level of customer service at all times.
- To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness around all areas of the Hotel.
- To professionally engage with guests and visitors and promptly deal with all queries and enquiries.
- Diligently report any concerns or problems directly to the shift supervisor or department manager.
- Assist setting up and breaking down function rooms for events
- Deliver efficient food service during banquets, weddings and other large functions
- Monitor and support day conferences with breakout refreshments
- Provide polite and professional table service in the bar areas and restaurant
- Assist with bar service, pouring drinks and talking payments
- Complete all preparation tasks as directed by shift managers
- Comply with all department Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- To maintain personal hygiene standards at all times
Reasonable standard of numerical and verbal skills, with clear spoken and written English - Basic IT knowledge
- Bar work or food table service experience would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided
- A great personality
- The ability to always work with a smile
- Availability to work weekend shifts
- Own transport essential due to our location.

We are currently recruiting for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable people to join our Restaurant and Bars Team on a casual basis. Weekly hours will vary and will include morning, afternoon, and evenings. You will be expected to be available for weekend shifts. - A competitive salary

The advertised hourly rate is for 21+ year old's, however we pay above average hourly rate of £10.42 for 18 to 20 year old's, and are looking for fun lively personalities, who can politely and professionally engage with our guests and offer a friendly welcoming service., In return for your commitment we offer you;
