The Mirfield Free Grammar

Minibus Driver

Casual Hours - as and when required

Term Time Only

To Start - ASAP

Hourly Rate - £14.17

The Minibus Driver will need to have the relevant requirements to be able to drive the minibus, meaning you must hold a full D1 (or D) PCV entitlement. You must have a clean driving licence and ideally have experience of driving students.

As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our students between specified locations, always ensuring their safety, whilst they are under your supervision.

You will also be responsible for making sure that the vehicle is well looked after whilst under your supervision and ensure that the minibus is roadworthy prior to driving it on each journey, completing a daily checklist. Regular drugs and alcohol testing is a statutory requirement for this role.

Great Heights Academy Trust is a growing multi-academy trust with nine schools in the West Yorkshire area with plans to further expand. In addition, we are home to a SCITT, Research School and an English Hub.
