Casual Door Person (Victoria Theatre)

The Victoria Theatre is a theatre that hosts a number of different types of events including comedy, music and theatre.

We are recruiting door persons to work evening, weekends and occasionally day-time shifts on a rota basis, as dictated by the performances taking place at the theatre. This role will involve providing a warm, friendly, and professional welcome for our visitors, whilst assisting with monitoring the security and safety of the building, people and property.

Successful applicants will have previous experience of working in a similar role involving the supervision of members of the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service and deal with challenging situations.

A pleasant disposition, commitment to high standards and the ability to work unsociable hours, sometimes at short notice will also be required.
