Full Job Description
- Responsible for the management and smooth running of all customer ledger accounts
- Ensuring all payments, both inbound and outbound, are within the agreed terms and KPIs
- Relationship management in order to resolve outstanding account queries
- Creation of new ledgers each month and participating in regular reviews of these
- Collaborating with internal departments and the Financial Shared Services Centre in Germany
GCSE A-C (9-4) or equivalent in Maths and English - Strong attention to detail with numerical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using SAP desirable but not essential
