You must have current HCPC/NMC/Social Work England registration and an up to date CPD portfolio.

    You will be a health and social care professional (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Social Worker or Nurse) who has extensive expertise of working with adults with complex needs in challenging situations.
