Carpenter / Fire Door Installer

Our fire door installation team are a vital part of our business, our installers are hand-picked to have the right attitude and provide quality workmanship, whilst adhering to the strict regulations that govern fire door installation working in sensitive sites such as hospitals, airports & care homes.

• Installing Q Mark Certified Fire Door sets and glazed screens.


• Responsible for ensuring the site installation meets both the client requirements and the requirements laid out within the BM TRADA Q Mark Scheme.


• Responsible for Health & Safety on site including adhering to risk assessments & method statements.


• Responsible for ensuring any additional work is recorded and costs advised via head office to the client.
  
  · You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years' experience working on site with a proven track record ideally installing Fire Rated Door Sets. You will be experienced in dealing with customers, including Contract Managers, Site Managers.


Qualifications:

· Level 2 Carpentry Qualification.

· Experience of installing Fire Doors preferred.

· CSCS Card.

· Ability to communicate at all levels.

· Full driving licence.

Salary: An excellent salary package starting from £35,880pa, depending on experience, with additional target and project related bonuses potentially adding a further £10,000pa. Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
