Caretaker

The Governors and staff of our large church school are seeking to appoint a Caretaker to support our existing Caretaker with all premises and facilities requirements of the school. We require a practical and cheerful, well-motivated person. Duties will include premises management, maintenance, security of the buildings and site, storage of cleaning materials, ensuring inside and outside environment are well maintained and meet Health and Safety requirements. An individual with multiple handyman skills is essential. Hours to be agreed with successful applicant as there is a degree of flexibility in how these could be worked.
